Julie Recker 

Controller

 

Julie Recker joined HAS Capital in September 2016 as the Controller.  She has over 16 years’ experience in accounting concentrated extensively in financial reporting for both private and public companies, having the most recent 11 years being with both private and public real estate companies.  She began her career as an auditor with Andersen and Deloitte and moved into the real estate industry with a publicly traded industrial REIT where she managed and executed the financial reporting for a joint venture portfolio.  She has since managed portfolios of affordable residential properties with monthly governmental and investor reporting requirements and most recently was the Director for Financial Reporting Outsourcing for the largest mid-tier Accounting Firm.    Ms. Recker earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s College.
