Charles Goetze

Mr. Goetze joined HAS Capital in April 2013, with primary responsibility for underwriting review and approval of potential business, as a member and  Chairman of the HAS Capital Investment Committee. He has over 40 years of experience in real estate lending, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at Harris Bank, Vice President at Bank of America, and as Head of Multifamily Lending at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Mr. Goetze has deep national real estate lending and operating experience with a broad range of real estate asset classes including manufactured housing. Mr. Goetze has extensive experience in corporate credit and sponsor underwriting through his prior positions as President of Savings Association Mortgage Company ( SAMCO) and with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
