Sirina Jimenez

Managing Director of Asset Management

 

Ms. Jimenez is the Managing Director of Asset Management for HAS Capital and is responsible for asset management of the company's investments as well as due diligence for new acquisition targets. Prior to joining HAS Capital, Ms. Jimenez served for six years as Vice President at Green Courte Partners, with responsibility for the physical, environmental and operational analysis of acquisition targets during due diligence, and five years as Director of Asset Management, with asset management responsibility for its manufactured housing portfolio.  Prior to joining Green Courte, Ms. Jimenez spent eight years with First Industrial Realty Trust, a publicly-traded industrial real estate investment trust. She first served as a Senior Development Associate and was responsible for financial management of the company’s development projects, both on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet, in the company’s joint venture with CalSTRS.  She also served as a Development Operations Manager in the Development Services Group. In this capacity, she assisted with strategic planning and reporting, contract administration, and development due diligence, as well as managed a team of thirty professionals nationwide with a $4 million annual department budget.  Ms. Jimenez is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts with a Business Administration concentration from DePaul University’s School for New Learning in Chicago.
