Lynette Bowden, AICP

Director of Operations

 

Ms. Bowden is responsible for overseeing the internal operations of HAS Capital and research support activities. Her experience includes working in audit for Arthur Young's and Ernst and Young's Entrepreneurial Services Groups. She worked for Great American Management and Investment, a subsidiary of The Equity Group, as an internal auditor and worked in asset management for Equity Properties and Development Company. Ms. Bowden also managed the planning and development activities associated with affordable housing and redevelopment projects for Corporation for Community Housing. From the University of Illinois Ms. Bowden earned her B.S in Accountancy, Master's in Urban Planning and Policy, and M.A. in Environmental Studies concentrating on Sustainable Development and Policy.
