Mr. Peterson provides asset valuation and investment analysis services to HAS Capital for acquisition and structured products transactions. Through Camargo, Mr. Peterson brings extensive real estate and capital markets experience in senior management roles including Chief Financial Officer at Asset Real Estate and Investment Corporation, a syndicator of equity and debt instruments to both institutional and individual, accredited investors, Chief Financial Officer for Ambassador Apartments, Inc., and Founding Principal at Atlas Financial Corporation, a structured credit firm specializing in the securitization of tax exempt housing bonds. Mr. Peterson holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Management.

Mr. Decator serves as General Counsel for HAS Capital's investment vehicles. Prior to founding Eric R. Decator, LLC., Mr. Decator served as counsel for Kaye Scholler LLP where he specialized in real estate and private equity funds. Prior to Kaye Scholler LLP, Mr. Decator was a partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. Mr. Decator graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.B.A from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Colorado.
